Playwright Competition

The Playwright competition provides opportunities for playwrights of unpublished, un-staged plays to gain recognition for themselves and their work. The awards are designed to encourage and stimulate artistic growth in the theatre community of Carbon County and Utah. The playwright will benefit from hearing and seeing their work on its feet in a public staged reading, rehearsed and performed by a professional director and actors.
